Montrose Freed Library: Houston voters approve bonds for renovation work
Picturesque Montrose Neighborhood Library (named for Eleanor Freed), formerly a church, is one of the beneficiaries of the local bond referenda on the November general election ballot that garnered approval of a majority of voters. Bond proceeds will fund renovation work and improvements.
