BG Group Landmark Office Tower - recent addition to the Downtown Houston Skyline

5/28/2013 UPDATE: HBJ reports today that the BG Group Place tower has been sold by Developer Hines and California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS) for $480 million. The HCAD website shows an appraisal value of slightly over $429 for land and improvements as of January 1, 2013.
